ESCON ARENA (Group Housing at Zirakpur)
The Developers wanted a Housing Complex that could make 350 families proud besides of course, a planning where every square inch would contribute towards commercial viability. To us the added challenge was to ensure an environment where these 350 families would not just co-exist peacefully but would actually be able to enjoy and maximize upon the advantages of Community Living.
Catering to all the above made for an exciting tight rope walk for us. This meant that we had to make sure that the Individual and the Shared Spaces were clearly demarcated, catered to different age groups and their time zones and were designed for maximum efficiency all at the same time.
