The SPIL corporate office is conceived as a precise architectural response to a multi-level workspace with significant structural constraints. The brief required adding the adjoining floor with the existing office into a single, cohesive work environment, prompting a layout that strategically works around existing columns and beams. These fixed elements informed a clean, ordered spatial framework that enhances visual continuity, circulation efficiency, and inter-level connectivity

With carefully calibrated interventions, the layout is reconfigured to improve functionality, circulation, and spatial openness. Selective removal of partitions, reoriented programs and enhanced sightlines create a more coherent and efficient plan. Large openings and seamless connections to landscaped outdoor areas bring natural light, ventilation, and greenery into the core of the home, strengthening its relationship with the site.

The result is a calm, proportionate, and nature-integrated interior—an environment that balances sophistication with simplicity while offering an elevated, enduring living experience.
