Located on a one-acre plot along the Ambala Highway, in close proximity to Chandigarh, the Escon Commercial Building is conceived as a contemporary mixed-use development responding to its prominent urban setting. The project is organized with ground and first floors dedicated to retail and commercial activity, activating the street edge and establishing a strong public interface. Upper floors are planned as SOHO (Small Office / Home Office) units, offering flexible work–live environments supported by shared amenities and modern infrastructure.

The architectural expression is defined by a bold, layered façade and a dynamic structural skin that lends the building a distinct identity while providing shading and visual depth. Clear vertical and horizontal circulation ensures efficient movement between public commercial zones and private SOHO spaces. Designed to support evolving work patterns, the project integrates accessibility, parking, and support services within a compact footprint. Overall, the building combines commercial vitality with contemporary workspace living, positioning itself as a landmark development along a key regional corridor.
