The residence is conceived as a contemporary villa that integrates modern architectural expression with the warmth and permanence of exposed brick. The design is articulated through a composition of interlocking rectilinear volumes, where strong vertical brick elements are balanced by horizontal bands, balconies, and roof overhangs. Sloping tiled roofs lend a softer silhouette to the structure while responding effectively to climatic conditions such as rainfall and solar exposure. Large glazed openings and recessed windows are strategically placed to maximise natural light, cross-ventilation, and visual connectivity with the surrounding landscape. Light-coloured plastered surfaces contrast with the red brick, enhancing depth and proportion across the elevations. The boundary wall, entrance gate, and landscape elements echo the primary material palette, ensuring a cohesive relationship between built form and site. Overall, the architecture reflects a refined residential character that is contextually responsive, climatically sensitive, and grounded in honest material expression.
