The residence is conceived as a contemporary hillside
villa, carefully designed to derive maximum advantage from its beautiful
location and uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills. The
architectural composition combines pitched roof forms with strong
rectilinear volumes, articulated through exposed brick, light-toned
plaster, and elegant horizontal bands. Generous balconies, curved
projections, and large glazed openings are strategically positioned to
frame panoramic vistas while allowing ample natural light and
cross-ventilation. The sloping roof responds sensitively to the terrain
and climate, reinforcing the visual connection with the landscape.
Vertical brick elements anchor the façade, while softer plastered
surfaces lend balance and refinement. The setback entrance and
integrated car porch maintain a clean street interface without
compromising views. Landscape elements along the frontage soften the
built form and enhance the indoor–outdoor relationship. Overall, the
design reflects a context-responsive residence where architecture, site,
and views are seamlessly integrated into a cohesive living experience.
